When we saw the chance to snag this on closeout, it wasn’t much of a choice…we had to take it! This is the place where I would normally give you all the cool details about how the wine was made, where the grapes were grown, what kind of oak was used and for how long, etc, but unfortunately the producer’s website was acting up and I wanted to get this posted today before I left so…we can at least share the press with you!

“Currant and blackberry aromas with flowers and light spices. Full-bodied and dense with soft, nicely chewy tannins and a long, flavorful finish. Very intense and beautiful. One of the best Platinums I have tasted. Drinkable now, but will be so much better in 2024.” 95pts- James Suckling, August 2021
Even better, however, is the fact that the vendor was closing out this vintage to make room for the next one. This wine is just now getting to the beginning of its prime drinking window, and we snagged it for nearly 50% off. Of course, we’re passing the savings on to you! It’s hard enough to find good Napa Cabernet for under $40.00 these days; it makes it all the sweeter that this wine typically retails for $75 or so!
Not too shabby, right? We’ve only got 16 bottles (two sold already) so if you’re looking for a big Napa Cab for the weekend (pair this with some flame-grilled steaks on Memorial Day!) come on down and see us!
$39.99 (regularly $74.99!!)
Cheers,
Dan
