We’ve carried this on and off in the past, but when I saw it at this price on closeout, I had to bring it in. While Beringer (these days) is best known for bottom-shelf bulk wine, they do still make some really good vintages of the classier stuff, including Cabs that are highly-rated and priced out at well over $100.

The 2019 Napa Valley Chardonnay comes all from estate fruit (sourced from Big Ranch in Oak Knoll and Stanley Ranch in Los Carneros, with a bit from Gamble Ranch thrown in as well), that was fermented and aged in 100% French Oak for 8 months, with 25% of it being new. And it’s got press!
“This is a barrel-fermented blend of three vineyards, Stanly Ranch, Big Ranch and Gamble. Lush, plush and tropical in character, it offers tremendous richness in the form of honey, apricot and toasted hazelnut, with a finishing layer of vanilla.” 90pts Wine Enthusiast
Even better, we got this at an incredible price. They only had a few cases, but we managed to snag two of them!
Right now we have this (both on our Dan’s Crazy Closeouts and on the shelf) at an incredible $17.99 (save a whopping $12.00/bottle!!).
Come on down and check it out!
Cheers,
Dan
