How many of y’all love tequila? If you just raised your hand (in reality or in spirit), this is a big deal we’ve got coming up for you! Yes, it’s last minute, and that’s unfortunate, but in an attempt to make it up to you (and maybe incentivize y’all to come on out just a bit, wink wink, nudge nudge) we’re putting an awesome price on tickets to this event. Not only will you get to drink some amazing tequila (a couple of which are not well-represented in this area) but chances to meet guys like Ruesga-Pelayo don’t come along every day. You have questions about tequila-making, this is the guy to ask!
So here’s the scoop. The event will be from 6:00-8:00PM on Wednesday, December 7th up in our Club Room here at Rockbridge Hy-Vee. The dinner will be simple but plentiful, to really let the tequila be the star of the show. Here’s what we’re planning at present:
- Taco bar (beef tacos, crunchy and soft shells, salsas, hot sauces, cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc)
- Chicken Mole Enchiladas
- Tortilla chips (with fresh salsa, queso blanco, and guacamole)
- Coconut Tres Leches Cake
It may be cold outside, but a bit of tequila, some good company, and a tasty Tex-Mex spread is guaranteed to warm you up! I know there’s not a lot of time left, but look at it this way…this may be the last Wednesday night you have free before the real Holiday madness sets in. Why not grab some friends and come on out to join us?
Here’s the skinny:
- Tickets are only $25 and this price includes your full meal, a presentation from Alan, and pours of four different tequilas, plus at least one cocktail! Where else are you gonna find a deal like that?
- Ticket sales will begin tomorrow, Tuesday 11/29, and we will be doing them first-come, first-served. You’ll need to pay (cash or credit) at the Wine and Spirits counter here at Rockbridge, and we’ll take your name/number down just in case we need to contact you for any reason. Seating is limited, so get your tickets sooner rather than later!
